Palma Fratto-Evans began her first term as President of Geneva Lodge 2397 in March 2017, becoming the first woman president of the lodge after the merger with the GAIL Lodge in 2016.
Palma and Bill, her husband of 45 years, live in Waterloo, NY. They are parents to four adult children and four grandsons.
Palma spend a career as a nurse for NY State before retiring in 1998. She spends her free time playing cards, riding motorcycle, bartending, volunteering in the community, and being a grandma to her grandchildren.
Joe Cirencione joined the Geneva Lodge several years ago and was elected to the position of Vice President this year.
Joe brings a variety of talents to the lodge and council, having a forty year background in the insurance industry, and serving as a fundraiser for various local organizations, including Our Lady of Peace Parish where he and his wife Ann have organized a St. Joseph's Table dinner for 25 years.
Joe lives in Geneva with his wife Ann.
